After several attempts to fix our vehicle, Campbells refuses to acknowledge their lack of service and inability to correct the stated problems. One issue being that they replaced a working radio with a new one that continuously froze and turned off and stated they were aware of the problem and to bring it back if it continued. Of course it continued and worsened. They left several pieces of the dash and glove box out of place and damaged the interior. We bought a vehicle at Campbell a year ago and had such a good experience with our salesman Bobby and with the service department for regular maintenance that when the time came to get a new car, this is where we headed. Bobby was right there again to answer all questions about the vehicle. Never again! Salespeople were aggressive, rude and bragged about taking advantage of recent storm victims. Zero professionalism. I could go on and on about my brief experience on their lot, but there isn't enough space on this review form. Don't pull in. There are better options out there.

Made my appointment time, AL walked past me numerous times without talking to me. Only came by after someone at the desk asking me if I needed help an hour later. Made promises he did not check with the desk to see if they were valid. Russell was rude during financing, pushing add ons that I could not afford, then getting mad when I refused them. I am very displeased with my experience at this dealership. I was intentionally sold a car that had a bad transmission and I was lied to by the salesman and told there was nothing wrong with the car but needing new front tires and a windshield replacement. The people at the dealership are friendly, outgoing and professional. If they are unsure of something, they find someone with the answer. Both Marshall Davis and Luke (don't know his last name) were very helpful in purchasing our new car - especially Marshall. This is our 2nd new car that we purchased from Campbell in 2 years. We also have both of our vehicles serviced for at Campbell. You should commend Marshall for a job well done!
